Laura Canada is offering full-time, paid summer internships from June to August, and our IT team is looking for an IT Systems Intern to join us!
 
Under the mentorship of our Systems Administrator, you’ll have the opportunity to:
 

Provide IT support for Head Office, including onboarding and access setup.
Help set up user accounts, permissions, and basic identity/access requests.
Troubleshoot first-level system, hardware, and network issues.
Support the infrastructure and operations teams with day-to-day tasks.
Monitor and help review security alerts or potential threats.
Assist with system checks, documentation updates, and inventory tracking.
Create and maintain documentation and support guides for IT systems and processes.
Escalate issues when needed and follow incident management procedures.
