YOUR NEXT CO-OP PLACEMENT

Work term length: 8 months

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in full-cycle recruitment across all business units with attention to detail, teamwork, and urgency.
  • Creating and refreshing requisitions in the applicant tracking system.
  • Posting job descriptions on external sites such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.
  • Requesting background checks.
  • Scheduling, supporting, and conducting phone and video screens.
  • Supporting co-op hiring, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
  • Developing content and updating social media to enhance recruitment marketing.
  • Coordinating and attending high-volume recruiting events and career fairs.
  • Reporting on key recruitment metrics via dashboards.

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled in a university or college program; preferred fields include Human Resources, Business, or Marketing.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
  • 0-2 years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong attention to confidentiality and detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Team player with collaborative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The hourly rate starts at $22 and may increase based on skills, education, experience, and institutional guidelines. We also consider potential, so even if you lack some experience, share your strengths in your application and cover letter.
