Summer Intern, IT Infrastructure

Description :We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive IT Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with experienced IT professionals and gain hands-on experience in a variety of IT related tasks being used in the construction industry.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Creation and disables access request for applications
• Participate in IT related new asset setups and on-boarding/off-boarding of users.
• Assist with analysis of all current server’s infrastructure.
• Assist in maintenance and security patch of Windows servers.
• Assist in the creation of training documentation, test scripts, and process documentation to be used during system upgrades and systems migration to cloud.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing an education within the Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and windows server operating system.
• Nice to have but not required: Basic knowledge of networking and server administration, Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Citrix, Remote Desktop
