Role Description
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to support our team in key business development and front-desk functions. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and administrative support within a dynamic staffing and outsourcing company.
These positions require availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (20-40 hours per week). However, actual working hours will be determined based on the student’s co-op program requirements. A stipend will be provided to support your internship experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Research and identify potential clients to expand business opportunities.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM database with accurate client and candidate information.
- Answer phone calls, provide basic information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Greet and assist job seekers and visitors at the office, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Collect and process job applications from walk-in candidates, providing initial guidance on available roles.
- Support follow-ups with prospective clients and job seekers to maintain engagement.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling general administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the team to support various sales and recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales, or related program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in phone-based outreach.
- Comfortable speaking with clients, job seekers, and visitors in a professional setting.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and/or CRM software is an asset.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
