Position Overview:
This internship will provide exposure to interview coordination and candidate management/engagement for our junior hiring efforts.
  • Candidate interview scheduling and coordination
  • Promote our job openings on university job boards 
  • Support team in the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment events
  • Maintain and manage accurate and up-to-date data in applicant tracking system
  • Work with interviewing team to ensure candidates move through interview life cycle in a timely manner
Key Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Able to commit to working for minimum 12 weeks during Fall 2025
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
  • Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite
