They should possess solid communication, writing, editing, and software capabilities. The PR intern manages multiple, simultaneous assignments while providing support to our regional and global PR team.Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the PR team in implementing the company’s PR strategy and help execute relevant deliverablesResearch, create, edit, and deliver engaging content for thought leadership blogs, press releases, website content, social media content, and other communicationsTrack engagement and report on PR campaigns and initiativesExecute media relations functions including media tracking, pitching, and reportingMaintain and update databases of media contactsTrack, analysis, and compare competitor social and website engagementCommunicate and build relationships with internal clientsResearch relevant industry topics to assess media opportunitiesMonitor, scan, and summarize news stories relevant to the company’s industryQualificationsYour Capabilities and CredentialsWritten and oral communication skillsAbility to understand key topics within technical areasProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPointEducation and Experience

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or journalism is preferred
