He/she will work with the Country Security Manager to deploy multiple security infrastructure projects and roll out security/crisis management related initiatives. The Project Coordinator will assist in the coordination of multiple security related projects including: • Support in planning trainings and awareness campaigns to employees using presentation online and in person. This includes the coordination and logistics of these events. • Help coordinate the customisation of the experiences for visitor’s registering to access our sites. This includes understanding and analyse the data driven from that system and process. • Engage in research projects to understand industry best practices and better understanding of our own processes. • Maintain and update Security Internal page. • Assist in the documentation process for referencing and trainings.Qualifications for the role

  • Individual that is organize and can be autonomous in managing various projects.
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) essential. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and curiousness.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • At ease communicating with different parties over Microsoft Teams and in person.
