  • Serve as the voice of the user in conversations with design, development, and business teams
  • Drive platform initiatives with energy and purpose, always advocating for user-centric solutions
  • Collaborate with global partners to define product strategy and roadmap
  • Maintain and prioritize a comprehensive product backlog using a data-driven approach
  • Engage with users, customers, and developers to ensure product intent is clearly understood and executed
  • Help manage risk by keeping the team focused on building the right product for the right user at the right time
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support education efforts across product teams
  • Partner with sales and marketing to support successful product launches
  • Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while inspiring cross-functional teams without direct authority

Skills and experience we value:

  • Experience working directly with development teams or on cross-functional product initiatives
  • Proficiency in writing user stories, conducting user research, and breaking down technical projects
  • Strong understanding of modern User Interface technologies and product design principles
  • Skilled in using data to inform decisions and drive user-centric product development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • High self-awareness, strong influencing skills, and effective time management
