At GIRO, you will collaborate with the IT team within a Montreal-based company that is a leader in its field. You will be part of a collaborative team that provides dynamic technological support to internal teams with strong tech needs. A great challenge if you love technology! 😉As an IT support intern, you will assist the team with:

  • Sorting and organizing IT equipment to optimize space and equipment availability.
  • Assembling and configuring workstations (computers, peripherals) according to operational needs.
  • Taking inventory of technological equipment and updating tracking records.
  • Creating technical support tickets to document requests and track interventions.

QualificationsYour profile:

  • You are a student in a DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in IT support looking for an internship.
  • You have knowledge of the Microsoft Windows® environment, networks, and Microsoft Office®.
  • You have excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • You have an interest in the field of urban transportation.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
