IT Intern (IT team – Toronto, Canada)

What is your role? Support the IT team pre-event, event-time and post-event: Hardware preparation, distribution & drop-off management. Also, assist in user support and formatting of devices. 

What are your responsibilities? 

• Support the IT team in delivery and maintenance of hardware and provide technical support. 

• Support the Venue teams with their event-specific IT equipment installation and setup. 

• Distribute, allocate and gather IT hardware/mobile equipment according to predefined lists. 

• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support─ Be able to fix “small” printer issues, liaise with other providers for more complex issues. 

• Provide basic “Welcome Training” (general IT procedures/file transfer and storage etc.). 

• Organise and maintain IT resources.

Required availability: May-July 2026 

Training/onboarding: Content pre-shared before the start of the internship 

Your background: IT & Communication Systems/Computer Science 

Skills needed for this role:
