IT Intern

Position Description:Under the direction supervision of the Systems Analyst (Desktop), the IT Intern will log, monitor and respond to IT services requests recorded in an automated trouble ticket reporting and tracking system. The IT Intern will provide 1st tier support to troubleshoot, solve, and escalate as required, desktop computer issues.What You’ll DO:PC and application support to users by managing the IT Help DeskManage and prioritize the IT Help Desk tickets including logging, answering and closing the ticketsPerform IT hardware/software installationsPerform IT Technical troubleshooting in a network environmentLead projects such as equipment installations, systems administration, database development, organizing and delivering user training sessionsBasic Qualifications:Enrolled in post secondary school in Computer Sciences or equivalentA strong interest in working with others to solve IT software/hardware questions and issuesWho we are:Mold-Masters is a global leader in the plastics industry.
