The Opportunity

 

Picton Mahoney Asset Management is seeking an Intern, Sales Operations & Delivery to support the Sales Operations & Service Delivery team during the summer. The successful candidate will partner cross-departmentally to deliver on several CRM, CASL and data management related projects. To optimize learning and ensure an enriching experience, this will be a 4 months internship, located at our Head office in Toronto.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Data entry and data administration within our Salesforce CRM database. Initiatives would relate to marketing insights, client information and sales activities.
  • Leverage the data within the CRM to provide insightful reporting to the sales teams. Implement process improvement whenever possible. 
  • Ensure compliance with CASL regulations by updating consents as necessary.
  • Provide occasional assistance to Sales Support and Marketing teams with administrative duties.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Currently pursing in an undergraduate degree in relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
  • Previous experience with a CRM platform such as Salesforce is considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills including attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
