Our main objectives are to share who we are through our values, vision, activities and successes and also to keep our employees informed, connected, inspired, educated and entertained.ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs an Intern, Internal Communications, you’ll:Participate in the development and implementation of communication plansDevelop multi-media communications products and creative assetsProvide support for a wide range of internal projects such as events content for Intranet, and employee activitiesResearch projects to support communication strategiesDraft documents required for the deployment of communication actions (scenarios, invitations, etc.)Apply new brand standards to current and new communication materials and help build an image galleryParticipate in posting information to the company’s intranet and websiteWHAT YOU’LL NEEDEnrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or post-graduate diploma or certificate, in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or a related fieldFamiliarity with financial, ESG, and social responsibility topicsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Comprehension of visual aesthetics for application of both print and web projectsAbility to navigate a fast-paced environment with autonomyAbility to manage simultaneous projects in an organized and timely mannerAbility to effectively work with an integrated communications teamExperience with Photoshop and InDesign, an assetMust return to studies after the internship or the internship must be part of your curriculumProficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)Candidates must have the right to work in Canada* for the period specified to be considered for this position.
