Opportunity Awaits College & University Students
We’re reaching out to dynamic college and university students for a unique Co-op/Internship position within our Human Resources team. This 4-month contract is an invaluable chance to delve into various HR facets, including HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and Learning. Immerse yourself in practical experiences while stationed at our head office in Vars, Ontario.
Potential Responsibilities:
General HR Operations:

Arrange and oversee orientations and logistics for newcomers.

Craft employment-related communications like promotion announcements, FTE modifications, and transfers.

Address employee queries about HR procedures and benefits.

Talent Acquisition:

Prep and represent at college and university campus recruitment events.

Engage in pre-screening processes and coordinate interviews.

Generate and manage job postings on our BambooHR Applicant Tracking system.

Learning & Development:

Assist in program administration, including managing schedules and preparing materials.

Administer tasks such as participant tracking and generating reports.

Qualifications:

Enrolled in an undergraduate program, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

A proactive and organized approach with keen attention to detail.

Stellar written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying intricate ideas effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR tools/software is a plus.
