As an HR Intern, you’ll work closely with our HR team and support various aspects of the employee lifecycle. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Supporting onboarding processes by preparing materials, organizing orientations, and ensuring a smooth start for new employees.
• Helping maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy.
• Participating in internal HR projects, such as engagement initiatives, training sessions, and diversity programs.
• Providing administrative support, including drafting documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
• Contributing to the planning and execution of employee events and activities.

WHO YOU ARE
To succeed in this role, you bring:

• A passion for people and an interest in Human Resources.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills in French & English, both written and verbal, as you will be interacting with colleagues from across Canada (and internationally!).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Enrollment in or recent completion of an HR, Business Administration, or related program is a plus.
