This role requires working within tight timelines, managing competing priorities, and collaborating with clients. Co-op students will be expected to work in the office multiple times a week.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Support management in the sales process and Business Engineering Management Framework (BEMF).
• Assist with scheduling and facilitating senior management meetings, documenting action items.
• Provide feedback on opportunity alignment with BEMF reviews.
• Review and distribute meeting materials, ensuring follow-up actions.
• Manage CRM system (MS Dynamics) and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Help resolve CRM-related issues and educate team members on system use.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure process adherence for audit purposes.
• Lead offshore teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office skills: Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and keep detailed notes
• Leadership qualities and ability to perform under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Interest or understanding of technology is a plus
• Quick learner, flexible, and able to multitask
• Confident in interacting with senior leaders
• Problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
