Responsibilities

  • Document Creation and Management: Devolop skills related to development, formatting, and maintaining various documents, including reports, presentations, and internal communications for the enrollment services group in IDEMIA Identity & Security Canada
  • Creating, managing and maintaining all necessary documentation through direct observation, interviews with stakeholders including Director Enrollment Operations, Operations Manager, Office Managers, SYS OPS, Finance etc., document review etc
  • Ensuring all documents are correctly formatted and comply with the company’s documentation style guidelines
  • Quality AssuranceVerify the accuracy and consistency of information in documents, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Reviewing and editing documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Document ControlOrganize and archive documents in both physical and digital filing systems, implementing version control and access protocols.
  • Developing a system for easy retrieval of documents
  • Training staff on how to access the documents they need
  • CollaborationWork with team members to improve document processes and systems, providing training and support on document management practices.
  • Collaborating with different departments to gather and interpret the information needed for documentation
  • ensure practices are in place to continually update and maintain various documents on a go forward basis
  • ComplianceEnsure adherence to company and legal document retention policies, assisting with audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Protecting the security of sensitive company documents


Qualifications

  • EducationMust be enrolled in an accredited university college, technical school or a recent graduate in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Must be in good academic standing
  • SkillsExcellent attention to detail, excellent communication and writing skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software is essential.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada

Note: This is a hybrid role, you must be able to travel to the office.

 

The Canadian hourly rate for this position is $20.
