Your role on our team:The Marketing Intern provides administrative, research and creative support to the marketing team, with the overall goal of engaging prospective buyers to register as sales leads, and eventually purchase new homes from Minto.In this role, you will:

  • Promote the Minto brand, our new homes and communities in and around our show home locations.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as processing invoices, collecting and entering data for reports, proofreading creative assets (emails, website content, brochures, etc.) and ordering supplies.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team in reporting and presentations.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities (i.e. social media posting, web updates, email deployment, event coordination).
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ides for social media and video content marketing initiatives.
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
  • Assists in the creation of valuable and engaging content for the website, social and other digital channels, considering SEO and A/B testing opportunities.
  • Liaise with external suppliers – agencies, designers, and internal operating groups.

We would like you to have:

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Drive, and social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
  • Must be energetic, outgoing and able to work with the public
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter with professional and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Preference for Marketing or Communications university/college students
