What Youll Do

Assist with day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable/receivable

Reconcile transactions and assist with month-end close procedures

Support invoice processing, vendor tracking, and expense analysis

Prepare internal reports and organize financial documentation

Take on special finance-related projects as needed

What You Bring

Enrolled in a Finance, Accounting, or Business program

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)

Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive mindset

Willingness/Understanding to learn tools like QuickBooks, Sage, or similar

Strong communication and ability to maintain confidentiality
