As a training intern, you will work with our training coordinator to develop new training plans and procedures to better prepare our employees for plant challenges and improve their skills on the job.Are you ready to:Develop a training project focused on H&S complianceAnalyse training needs in each department of the plantDevelop general manufacturing training proceduresEvaluate existing processes and improvementWrite training reports and statisticsExecute any other task related to trainingOur ideal candidate has:Good knowledge of training processesGood computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite)Ease of collaboration with different stakeholdersAdaptability and flexibilityFocused on effective communications and information sharingOpen-mindedness and friendlinessBilingual French and English an assetPreferred EducationPursuing aundergraduate or masters degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or any other related field with 2 years/ 2 internships completedLocation of the internship is Montreal.Internship will be carried out in person.*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate.
