At CAE, our employees are at the heart of our business and our team supports performance management, talent reviews, the succession program, leadership and career development and much more!Are you ready to:Integrate into programs/projects related to talent managementReview/update content, presentations, toolbox for our managers and employeesPropose ideas to help create or improve our programs or processesManage calendars, project plans, logistics, dashboardsAct as a bridge between teams to support our programs/projects (eg Communication, HR System, etc.)Perform data analysisOur ideal candidate has:Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English & French.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative team environment.Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting.Preferred EducationPursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, organizational development, educational technology, or related field with 1 year completedLocation of the internship is CAE Montreal head office.Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate.
