This internship will provide valuable experience in supporting the full product lifecycle of our hardware and software solutions.What you’ll get to do:
- User-Centric Development: Collaborate with the Product Manager on the creation and refinement of user stories to ensure the Clock Pro and related products meet user needs
- New Product Introduction: Assist the Product Manager in the logistical planning and execution in a global product rollout , ensuring a smooth and efficient launch.
- Global Compliance: Contribute to the acquisition of global compliance certifications for new hardware offerings by gathering necessary information and supporting documentation efforts.
- Content Development & Review: Support the creation, review, and dissemination of clear and concise communications and documentation related to the time clocks product suite.
- Knowledge Management: Play a key role in updating, organizing, and maintaining global clock documentation and related assets across the entire product suite, ensuring information accuracy and accessibility.
- Strategic Lifecycle Planning: Conduct research and analysis to support the planning of product evolution and sunsetting
- Market Opportunity Exploration: Assist in research and analysis to identify opportunities related to the time clocks product suite, contributing to strategic growth initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support the Product Manager in preparing materials and coordinating communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and experience we value:
- Students participating in a combination of Technology, Business and Software engineering programs with an interest in Product and Project Management.
- Knowledge of Mobile App Development (Android) and Web Technologies (HTML) is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
