Application Advisory Intern – 8 months – Summer 2025

About the opportunity:The Application Advisor Intern will be responsible for maintaining demonstration environments for Dayforce, a leading SaaS Human Capital Management solution. This role will also involve participating in client-facing activities to assist Solution Advisors.Primary Responsibilities:– Maintain demonstration environments for Dayforce.– Participate in client-facing activities to assist Solution Advisors.– Participate in training to gain expertise in Dayforce’s Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.– Maintain demonstration environment templates by processing payrolls, updating data, and executing SQL statements to ensure that these environments accurately reflect common real-life scenarios.– Executing administrative processes such as database archive cleanup, mass password resets, facilitating upgrades, and associated testing. Additionally, you’ll create, document, and optimize processes as needed.– Research topics that drive the data and configuration used in demonstration environment templates to align them with the typical usage of Dayforce by industry and country.– Support Solution Advisors in client-facing meetings by assisting with preparation, note-taking, and follow-up action items.Qualifications:– At least 2 years of experience pursuing an undergraduate degree in HRIS, Computer Science, or Business.– Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.– Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical capabilities.– A strong understanding of business principles and practices.– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.– The ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.– Experience and expertise with Microsoft Office programs, including database knowledge and SQL syntax.Preferred Qualifications:– Previous experience with an HCM system.– Bilingualism in French, Spanish, or German.– Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks from multiple sources.
