It’s a great opportunity to stretch into leadership, while still being hands-on with design and delivery.What You’ll Be Doing:Design Execution: Take the lead on refining and evolving project concepts, ensuring design intent carries through to documentationProject Coordination: Collaborate across disciplines to keep complex projects on track—on time and on budgetDocumentation: Create and manage detailed drawing sets that meet BCBC, VBBL, and zoning requirementsConstruction Admin: Handle RFIs, site reviews, submittals, and instructions during the build phaseCode + Detail Expertise: Apply your sharp eye for codes, details, and materials to elevate qualityTeam Collaboration: Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of curiosity and excellenceWhat You’ll Bring:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture5–8 years of experience (ideally on complex mixed-use or commercial projects)Strong Revit skills (AutoCAD, Rhino, and rendering experience are bonuses)Deep construction knowledge and attention to detailA proactive, organized approach and strong coordination chopsFamiliarity with permit processes and BCBC/VBBL codeWhat’s In It for You?Competitive salary and comprehensive benefitsHigh-impact, high-visibility project workClear paths to grow into senior/lead rolesA creative, collaborative workplace that actually walks the talkIf you’re ready to take a bigger role in bold, city-shaping projects – I’d love to meet you.
