It is mandatory that all applicants are enrolled in full-time studies at a post-secondary institution and returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work-term.

Collaborate on all aspects of organizational change management through the design and development of key deliverables and workshops for both Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, SuccessFactors, UKG, Adobe, and Salesforce, etc.) and non-ERP projects.

  • Support design and delivery of workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews
  • Develop / track change impacts and mitigating actions
  • Support design and delivery of work products including assessments and surveys
  • Develop communications tailored to specific audiences including written and video assets
  • Work in Agile, collaborative environments
  • Use IBM’s Design Thinking to help solve client’s challenges
  • Conduct research and analyze data to support conclusions and strategies
  • Utilize AI tools, assets and assistants to conduct research and develop work products
  • Support Organizational Change Management and Training Design activities for Cloud migration and ERP implementation or upgrades

Candidates considered for a Quebec position must be fluent in French.For candidates located in Ottawa, Government of Canada Reliability Clearance is a requirement for this role. In order to be eligible for Government of Canada Reliability Clearance, you:

  • Must be either a Canadian Citizen or Canadian Permanent Resident
  • Must have resided in Canada for a minimum of 5 consecutive years
  • Must have a clean criminal and credit history
