Internal Communications Manager

As the Internal Communications Manager, reporting to the Director of Internal Communications and Change Management, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to improve our internal communication strategies and employee experience. You will work closely with our internal teams to better engage and retain talent and will actively contribute to Pomerleau’s significant growth and transformation.
What You Will Do
- Manage a team of young professionals in roles related to internal communication
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Internal Communications and Change Management on high-visibility projects
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies aligned with the company’s objectives
- Oversee the creation and distribution of internal content, including announcements, reports, and presentations
- Collaborate with leadership teams and internal teams to ensure consistent and effective communication
- Work with the external communications team to ensure consistency in corporate communications
- Manage internal communication channels, such as emails and collaboration platforms. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and make continuous improvements
- Act as the main point of contact for all internal communication matters
This role could be for you if you have
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in internal communications within large companies
- Proven experience in team management
- Demonstrated skills in autonomy, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build trust with internal clients, influence peers, and possess excellent team mobilization skills
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of digital communication tools and collaboration platforms
- Bilingualism, both oral and written
