You will engage in various work assignments, projects, and activities of varying complexity, structured to enable you to gain the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform at a professional level. You will receive training and mentorship in planning and carrying out activities and assignments. This is a fixed-term position, typically 4 months.Your Key Responsibilities:Provide entry-to intermediate-level professional services, under supervision of professional staff and/or faculty personnel, as appropriate to the day-to-day operating objectives.Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization.Participate in the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives within area of expertise.Interact directly with co-workers in the planning and assignments and the resolution of day-to-day operational problems.Receive guidance, training and mentoring from professional personnel in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.Conduct original research and prepare reports based on findings, to include recommendations or alternative proposals for action.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Your Knowledge and Skills:Entry level knowledge and skills within a specified area of professional specialty.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written.Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed technical instructions.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Your Education and Experience:The successful candidate will have:Candidate will be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program.Minimum of two (2) years’ education experience.About Our Working Conditions:This position has a schedule of 14 days in / 14 days out, working 11-hour days (change this based on position) off at our remote camp which you will be required to fly in fly out with pick up points in Saskatoon, Prince Albert and La Ronge.Our Stipulations:This job posting complies with all Company standards, policies and procedures pertaining to appropriate conduct for employees, including the Code of Conduct.
