Peloton is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Technical Consulting Internship Program starting May 2025. This 4-month program provides a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry, and the integral role Peloton’s products play in data management. With mentorship focused on our Well Data Lifecycle or Production Data Lifecycle solutions, interns will gain a comprehensive understanding of Peloton’s product lines through hands-on projects that directly impact client operations, all while enhancing their professional skills in a dynamic, real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities:
This internship works alongside Peloton’s Implementation team, a group of technical consultants who serve as a bridge between Peloton and its clients. Their primary responsibility is to facilitate the configuration, deployment, and user training of Peloton software to align with clients’ business requirements. As an intern/co-op on the Implementation Team, you will assist Implementation Specialists with the following responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and project objectives clearly.
- Assist Implementation Specialists with data migration tasks, including but not limited to data mapping, application configuration, and ensuring data quality.
- Assist clients in optimizing their use of Peloton software by providing technical support throughout the implementation process. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying and resolving issues, developing and delivering training materials, conducting on-site training as needed, and drafting or updating user training manuals and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed successfully within the required timeframe.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the implementation process.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed at least one academic year in a post-secondary degree program at an accredited university and be enrolled in at least one academic term following the completion of the internship.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Previous experience in a client facing role is an asset, but not required.
- Familiarity with software migration or implementation is an asset, but not required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site training or project support as needed.
- Interns are responsible for finding their own housing for the duration of the internship. Relocation, housing, and travel cost assistance will not be provided by Peloton.
