As a Sales Intern, you’ll assist our wholesale team with showroom management and provide administrative support for sales operations. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting with showroom setup and maintaining an organized, visually appealing display of products for meetings with potential buyers.
• Supporting the coordination of appointments, ensuring showroom visits run smoothly for buyers and clients.
• Helping prepare sales presentations, reports, and product proposals for potential buyers.
• Assisting with order processing, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records for sales orders and inventory.
• Coordinating communication between the sales team and clients, answering inquiries, and providing necessary support.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as managing emails, processing documents, and maintaining customer databases.
• Researching market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

WHO YOU ARE
To succeed in this role, you bring:

• A passion for fashion and a strong interest in the wholesale sales industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in French & English, both written and verbal, as you will be interacting with colleagues and clients across Canada (and internationally!).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related program is a plus.
