INTERNSHIP INTAKE

• Application Period: January 13th – January 31st, 2025
• Internship Duration: May 1st – August 30th, 2025

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in real estate, business, marketing, urban planning, or a related field.
• Must be a current student in 2nd year university or beyond.
• Strong interest in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• For Marketing and Sales roles: experience with Adobe Suite is an asset.
• Previous experience or coursework related to development, marketing, or project management is an asset, but not required.
