Our team is responsible to support an optimized user experience and PSP global digitalization. Our mandate is to insure reliability, stability, availability, performance & overall efficiency of the Technology services. We are on the cutting edge of technology. We are early adapters to new tools and software, experimenting and deploying for example Ai technologies withing the firm.ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs an Intern, Workplace Services and Operations, you’ll:Participate in the implementation of event management processes for senior managementIn daily action by supporting various initiatives such as Windows 11, Microsoft AI with CoPilot, InTuneKPI monitoring with our service providersWork closely with our office coordinators in London, Hong Kong and New YorkWorking with state-of-the-art audio video systemsWork according to the AGILE principles of the organization in order to respect the company’s delivery cycle to guarantee the integrity and quality of the elements and the productMobilize and collaborate with stakeholders outside Digital Operations (Procurement, legal, governance, security, compliance, etc.)Prepare and present the progress status of your initiativesWHAT YOU’LL NEEDCurrently enrolled in Business Administration Bachelor’s degree, and/or a specializing in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or Software EngineeringEager to learn and curiousExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectivelyGood at facilitation and interpersonal communicationsGood ability to negotiate and influenceAbility to advance projects and initiative in a complex environmentMust return to studies after the internship or the internship must be part of your curriculumProficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)Candidates must have the right to work in Canada* for the period specified to be considered for this position.
