The role is responsible for the analysis and insight into all employee-related data to ensure proper employee data management, reporting and development of visualization.Major Responsibilities· Analyze data
· Design and develop reporting solutions
· Build and create integrated visualization dashboards in Tableau
· Help structure underlying data to optimize display
· Streamline and modify existing Tableau dashboards to improve functionality and efficiencyRequirements· Strong mathematical skills
· Applies analytical thinking
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
