DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of the businesses at TD. Channel Transformation:
The Channel Transformation Team connects TD’s owned channels to elevate the customer experience. We strategically support the channels platform transformations and programs from planning to execution, to elevate brand awareness, build engagement, and drive sales.
Corporate Sponsorship:
The Corporate Sponsorship Team manages the corporate sponsorship portfolio for TD including key relationships in Sports and Music.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The intern will support the Channel Transformation and Corporate Sponsorship team in Marketing where they will contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans and programs.
How You Will Contribute:
- Act as a resource for the team by working collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Build and manage strong relationships with Agencies, Business Units, Marketing Partners, and other internal teams.
- Assist with defining opportunities for enhancements to business processes and make recommendations.
Job Description/Accountabilities:
- Collaborate and lead specific workstreams on new digital signage CMS Portal/Template project.
- Train and support TD staff on how to build localized digital signage content.
- Review, approve, and deploy branch-generated digital signage content.
- Foundational support for select sponsorship properties (itinerary planning and key bookings).
- Marketing brief, content, and reporting support for key seasonal sponsorship campaigns.
- Communicate with employees on queries and content issues.
- Collaborate with multiple agencies and vendors.
- Develop support material and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and branding regulations.
- Maintain a positive attitude and inspire others.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Marketing.
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven strength in managing relationships.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- This position is a 4-month work term from May 5th – August 29th, 2025.
