Great organizational and time management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are a self-starter and a versatile team player, with excellent communication skills and enjoy collaborative problem-solving.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to put forward recommendations from the data provided
  • A demonstrated interest in the real estate industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Exceptional prioritization skills and an eye for detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a group, as well as independently
  • A go-getter attitude whilst working in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience presenting to end-users
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Drive, motivation and an aptitude for learning

A DAY IN THE LIFE
You’ll walk into our vibrant downtown office and grab a cup of Starbucks coffee from our kitchen. You’ll spend your day working alongside our skilled Acquisitions team. You’re a key part of collecting and analyzing data so that it can be used to make excellent business decisions.
YOU WILL…
  • Conduct detailed market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition opportunities
  • Perform financial analysis to help the team make informed acquisition related decisions
  • Monitor industry trends and identify strategic growth opportunities
  • Manage all data collection, ensuring databases and key information reference sources are current
  • Assist in developing models and identify niches in the marketplace to help shape acquisition strategies
  • Participate in various Acquisitions team initiatives, research and special projects as required
