Come share your passion with us!The role we are offering you:By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to perform Project controller tasks in multidiscipline Team.Your role will consist of:Support team on Spares and Repairs orders: planning , deadlines, manages and/or supports the lead-time, the cost, selling prices, and timely delivery to the customer.Provide pricing/quotations to customer related to Spares and RepairsDevelops schedules according to requirements and in concert with standard planning practicesReceives, from Customers/GL priorities and ensures planning is aligned with priorities.Communicates regularly with customers and key personnel (internal and external to customer service) to obtain critical information to support customer requirements and needsAnalyses information to define and resolve problems pertaining to spares and Repairs managementReview and highlight cost discrepancies to his/her GL based on initial estimates and actuals.Expedite and follow up on all Spares and RepairsEscalate items that will not meet Service Agreements and customer requirementsUpdate information in databases according to the plan/revised planParticipates and supports special projects related to improvement initiativesOur ideal candidate has:Customer-client focusProcess orientedGood organizational skillsAbility to manage prioritiesTeam playerStrong communication skills in both English and FrenchAbility to multi-taskAble to work in fast-paced and dynamic environmentGood knowledge of Excel; Good with numbersPreferred EducationPursuing College’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline, 3rd or 4th year completed.Location of the internship is in Montreal, QC.Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate.
