The Enterprise Architecture and Technology Governance team is also responsible of defining access and information retention procedures and processes, analyzing the permission models, implementing/executing relevant IT Compliance controls and overseeing / reporting on technology projects and initiatives.ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs an Intern, Enterprise Architecture and Technology Governance, you’ll:Assist the team in reviewing and documenting business processes, guidelines, internal committees and procedures (i.e. assist the team in establishing, updating and integrating procedures into the PSP governance platform etc.)Assist in maintaining access management models for business tools and solutionsSupport in responding to various internal and external audit requestsParticipate in the update and review process of key controls of PSP Investments (i.e. update of the Governance platform database, preparation of support material, etc.)Assist in collecting and assessing audit certifications from third party vendorsAssist in implementing, documenting, and executing IT compliance control activitiesSupport the team in various ad hoc requests and projects (example : Conduct various analyses and presentations, create documentation to highlight key elements, review key processes to optimize activities, support other members of the Enterprise Architecture and Technology Governance team, etc.)WHAT YOU’LL NEEDCurrently enrolled in Business Administration Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and/or a specializing in Information Technology or equivalent programsStrong computer skills, particularly in MS Office programs such as Excel and PowerPointEffective communications skills, both written and spoken (French and English)Demonstrated initiative and curiosity to look beyond surface facts and conduct comprehensive, fact-based, value-added researchAttention to detail and rigorous approach to research, analysis and documentationAbility to work collaboratively, cultivating meaningful relationships with colleagues and clientsEagerness to learn, ideate and innovateMust return to studies after the internship or the internship must be part of your curriculumBilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)At PSP, we aim to provide an inclusive workplace where we leverage diversity and where everyone feels valued, safe, respected and empowered to grow.
