Internship – Game Presentation

THE POSITION 

The intern for the Game Presentation team would work closely with the Stampeders Game Presentation department to ensure the success of Stampeders game-day operations and Stampeders events. Within the Game Operations area, the role would specifically execute elements such as Pre-game and Halftime Entertainment, sponsored promotions and game entertainment fan engagement.

As an Intern you will be required to attend all Stampeders home games and events; researching game day elements, assisting with sponsorship requirements; assisting with event set up and take down and other duties as assigned. The position will also require the candidate to be available during the 113th Grey Cup Festival and Grey Cup Game from November 11th to 15th, 2026.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

• Attend all Stampeders’ home games
• Attend all Stampeders’ Events
• Assist with gameday production, game promotional execution and gameday operations
• Assist with script building, and script idea generation
• Assist with timing and inventory sheet building
• Attend all halftime show rehearsal’s and assist with halftime show execution on field on game day
• All other duties as assigned.

THE INDIVIDUAL 

The ideal individual will have the following background:

• Working towards or recently completed a post‑secondary degree in event management or game presentation. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to work various shifts, including long hours on game days
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline‑driven environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Outgoing personality with a professional demeanor
