About the Role

Hi, I’m James, Head of Growth at Loop. I am hiring a self-directed, builder-minded Growth Marketing Co-op who’s excited by the prospect of helping scale a modern banking platform for businesses that operate globally.

This role is an onsite position 5 days per week at our downtown Toronto office (Adelaide and Spadina).

Where You Come In

As a Growth Marketing Co-op at Loop, you will be responsible for supporting and executing key growth initiatives across channels, campaigns, and go-to-market efforts.

You’ll work hands-on to test and deploy growth experiments, support product and feature launches, analyze performance, and help refine how we acquire, activate, engage and communicate with our customers.

We’re a small but mighty growth team, and you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping Loop’s growth engine. You’ll own real projects, ship real work, and level up your skills quickly alongside product, sales, and operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the execution of growth initiatives from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Identify, test, and deploy new growth channels to drive acquisition and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and synthesize insights to inform future experiments.
  • Produce content that supports existing growth motions and marketing campaigns.
  • Support go-to-market programs, including feature and product launches.
  • Assist with performance marketing execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Support website updates, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization.

What We’re Looking For

  • A creative, builder mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation and execution.
  • Strong production skills with an eye for high-quality design and detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills across multiple formats and channels.
  • Comfort working with modern marketing tools, platforms, and systems.
  • A technical and systems-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of metrics and performance measurement.
  • A willingness to learn quickly, take ownership, and ship work at a fast pace.

It’s a Bonus if You Have

  • Experience using automation tools or building AI-enabled workflows.
  • Experience working at a start-up.

What we offer

  • Salary range CAD $20/hour, commensurate with experience

Interview Process

  • 30 minutes video call to discuss the opportunity and the organization with Mandy, People and Business Operations Specialist 
  • 30 minutes video call to discuss the role in details with James, Head of Growth
  • 60 minutes in person meeting with Sarah, Chief of Staff and Cato, CEO and Co-Founder
  • Background check and offer
